Calculated Heater

The firebox has a unique corregated firebrick. The walls have 360ยบ air injection to surround the fuel for optimum combustion. Modeled with the EN15544 design program using principles of fluid dynamics, the hot combustion product gases are balanced for clean burning and draft. This produces optimum efficiency and lowest emissions.

Sixteen feet of cordierite (a form of refractory clay) heat exchange flues absorb, store then reradiate the heat until the next firing for even temperatures in the home. They have a tongue and groove lipped construction (for better mechanical bond and integrity) absorb and slowly release the heat. Calculated for maximum heat extraction and storage, flues are balanced in the calculation program for proper functioning of draft. It can be vented to a chimnery from either the back or top).
